U- Boat

The U - Boat was a ship  submarine that was used 6 decades ago in the first world war. It was also seen in world war 2. Operated by Germany. An interested fact is there are only 4 of them left. Compared to the 56 of them 6 decades ago. The U-Boats were used to block of the supplies that British needed to survive. They were trying to starve them from blocking off all supplies they had needed. The U - Boats were also invented in the 1850's. Almost 10 decades ago from now.

energy transformations

 When energy is passed from type to another changes these are 8 types of energy.

 Kinetic - Allows movement
 Heat - The amount of energy based on the temperature.
 Light - Fragments that reflect lights.
 Gravitational - Effect of gravity pushing down
 Electrical - Anything that uses power
 Sound - Allows you to hear
Elastic potential - something we can stretch

Chemical potential - Food and fuel.

We made a Marshmellow Cannon. We used to a cut up balloon for that elastic potential and we also had to cut up a cut in the right way so that the Marshmellow cannon would work the way we indented it  to. The point of this was to use all 7 types of energy's that I had explained except electrical.  Kinetic which allows movement. Heat, the amount of energy based on the temperature. Light fragments. etc.

 Is your name an important part of who you are?

( opinion ) I don't think someone knowing your name is important. Unless they are friends or family or acquaintances. I don't think it matters. Some peoples name's are from cultures or different languages. Most can be hard to understand. ( reason )I don't think your name is that important since the only people that should know your name are the people close to you. (example ) Like if someone has their name as their user of popular social media apps.           ( opinion )Then I don't think it matters, I don't think your name tells who you are or what you are. I also think it's kinda stupid when someone you won't see again or most likely won't talk to again asks for your name. 

Is rugby the most defensive sport of Aotearoa.

Is Rugby the most define sport of Aotearoa.

I honestly don't care about this statement. I don't know much defensive sports except for basketball and netball, and kind of football I guess. But other then that, I do not think rugby is the most defensive sport. I think it is basketball since there is about 50 defensive techniques. I also don't exactly like rugby that much. i think it can be very underrated and certain points of rugby's best moments. But the same goes for basketball, netball, and football. I just don't think rugby take as much defence as most sports. 

Cup challenge.

Today in health, working on our IP skills we did a challenge where we had to work together and get our cups using rubber bands to the other table. It was a bit hard and annoying because the other team was obviously cheating. The IP skill was GG

        Should school uniform be mandatory

I personally think that we should not have to wear school uniform. Even though it would be hard to tell someone from our school. I think It would be easier to just be wearing our own thing instead of having to get organised every year for a new set of school uniform. An example is you don't have to wash your school uniform everyday. And make sure that it's dry in the morning. Instead if it wasn't for school uniforms, you could just put something else on that doesn't need to be washed.

       Should school holidays last for one week.

I extremely disagree with this opinion. I just don't like the idea of only getting a week off school because of how much time we spend at school every week. The more time we spend at school the lesser time we spend at home. I like do be doing my on thing most the time instead of having to worry about school and homework. Even when I get homework in the holidays, I still don't do it because I think that's stuff I should be doing at home and not in school.  And to be completely honest. I don't enjoy school as much as I do at home. As soon as I come through the door after a long day at school, I just feel really relived that I'm home. Plus school can be really exhausting. So that's why I think school should last longer than 1 week.
