    Wow! I am very impressed with the information that you have learnt about the affects on our body when we don't sleep. It is evident that it is VERY important to get sleep!
    You have great tips in this slideshow including a link to mindfulness which is fantastic.
    I found it hard to read some of your slides because of the background image but I persevered to read them because your information was so interesting!
