Healthy Life Style
Hi Bloggers! Today I will be telling you about a healthy life style. Like eating healthy and keeping your immune system healthy etc. For example, waking up and having a healthy drink and healthy breakfast. Like a smoothie with mixed fruits, and breakfast like Weet-bix. You want to make sure your health is good so you don't get any bad symptoms. If you want to exercise that is also better, You do you. You don't need to exercise but it would score a few credits on your healthiness.
What I would eat for breakfast, Lunch, And dinner.
I don't really eat breakfast at all but If I did I would suggest trying toast or weet-bix, or other cereals that don't have chocolate and sugar etc.
For lunch, I normally eat things that aren't sweet, Sometimes I would eat pasta, noodles, or other things other than sweet things.
And for dinner, once again I would eat anything that doesn't have much sugar in it, So you can digest properly. For example, something I would have for dinner is Potatoes, Peas , Pumpkin and sausages.
What do you guys think is the most healthiest meal that you've had?
